We generate revenue from advertising, sponsorships, and our content studio offering and seek an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid acquisition, SEO, demand generation, email marketing, paid media, social media, and WordPress development.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify the target audience and user behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and measure SEO campaigns, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content creation.
- Develop and execute demand-generation programs that generate qualified leads and revenue for the business.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email automation, and A/B testing.
- Manage paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create and manage social media campaigns, including content creation and social media advertising.
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including website design, development, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales teams, to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns.
- Create high-quality written and visual content for campaigns, websites, landing pages, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to our marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on paid acquisition, demand generation, email marketing, paid media, social media, and WordPress development.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot.
- Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO tools.
- Experience with content marketing and content creation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Experience with paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Proficient in WordPress development and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ConvertKit, Buffer, and WordPress FSE/Blocks editor is a plus.
