We are a small, fully remote team of passionate builders, entrepreneurs, and news enthusiasts.

We are looking for an experienced Applications Development Manager to be responsible for working with our software development team and supporting various development duties. Your responsibilities will include bringing the company’s vision to life via our software products, generating and maintaining our product development roadmaps for specific projects (including design, coding, documentation, QA, and release), and acting as a liaison between the executive team and our software development team.

You will regularly interface with the software development team to creatively remove potential obstacles from the development process, analyze features, review internal/external feedback for continual improvement of the products and associated UI/UX, and contribute to the design and implementation of software.

To be successful in this role, you must be creative, innovative, and be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment. You must also possess excellent communication skills, have extensive experience in software development and code review/documentation, manage deadlines, have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented and be ready to own results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in computer science or related field
  • 5-10 years of development and product management experience
  • Experience in building desktop and mobile web applications
  • Experience in building and styling front-end user interfaces
  • Working knowledge of:
